Ok.. I need to get some opinions, as I mostly do, on my Aunt. And her pet 'troubles'.
Let me say, she has three kids & a husband. Their house is a complete and utter tip with no sign of housework. Last week's dinner plates still sit on the side. My uncle lives to work. He has little to do with the house. My aunt means well, but.. it doesn't usually work well with her.
Her first pets.. two German Shepherds. Brother and sister. Puppies. My aunt would not have the patience to train them. No way. She thought that letting them roam free on her land would be fine. It was when they were pups. But then they grew. Jumping up at visitors and their cars became unacceptable. Running out of their land and out onto the main road became unacceptable. The female almost caused a collison. So then came the shock collars.
Yes. Shock collars. My uncle said it was them, or the dogs went. This way he would prevent accidents so the dogs wouldn't escape the land. There was a borderline, if they crossed it.. they got zapped. Poor things. I HATE shock collars.
But, being smart shepherds, they realized that it was just one bit of pain. Then they were free. So they took to the field next door. Two sheep killed. Another badly wounded. Farmer demands that the dogs go or he'll press charges. One went to the police force, the other back to the previous owner. I don't know where they are now..
But my aunt just doesn't get it. She gets rabbits next. Eight to be precise. Three ran away. Two were killed by her friend's crazy staffies. The other two died of heatstroke. Being left in the sun in their hutch. They were really well looked after before these 'accidents'.
Then came poor Diesel. Loved and given full attention. They even started training him. He was socialized, harnessed, excercised and fed. The whole family thought he'd work. Until he turned on my youngest cousin. Diesel was a Pit Bull. A game of tug got too rough. He bit her. When he wasn't diseplined he thought he was master. And still less than a year old. But by then they were bored of him. They still looked after him, he was just shut away in a single room all day. Poor dog.
I walked him with my dogs whenever we went over. But only for two more weeks. My uncle gave him away. He saw the light. The cruelety. He's said no more pets now. But he doesn't get much say.
What do you think I should do? Or is it already out of my, a 14-year old's, hands?
But it is affecting me. Whenever I take my dogs up to there house she is always watching for them to do something wrong. Make a mess. Burst a ball. Foul on her land. She will hardly speak to me... I don't like her so much right now...

Oh dear, that does sound bad, I don't think there is much you can do except maybe pointing out how a dog should be trained and what was done wrong and how it could be prevented, if they do go for another pet try and get them to buy books on that animal first, it can really help a lot of pet owners to read about and understand the animal first, or buy it for them if they won't.
No problem about needing to get things off your chest, don't we all sometimes but please edit your post next time.

Angel! Check the dates!
You didn't even have anything to say about it, just repeating what somebody else had said.
I wont say anything about the topic since you don't like talking about it, but I'm sorry.
