Ok, this is rather sad, but I haven't seen more than 10 seconds of WoC, so can anyone tell me what is happening in this screenshot without spoining anything?

Well It was a race and raulf said, My toenail is killing me! me gotta slow down. and thats when he looked over and the reflection in his eye.

Yeah the animators really exaggerated reflection within Balto's eyes and it was supposed to make his glare look scary when he was darn well determined to win that race and Ralph wanted to slow down.

That looks more like Kirby in Balto's eye,not Ralph.
