Tablet Problem

Tablets are touch-sensitive (like a touchpad on a notebook/laptop). The pad is probably depressed and the tablet thinks you are holding down Mouse01 (left-click). Try to see if you can keep it from stopping it (tap on the pad, push, change options, etc.)

Its either that problem, driver error, or malware.

What exactly is your tablet doing? I was having a similar problem, though I don't know if it;s tablet derived or not.

You can use Paint SHop pro 9 or 8.
