Now that a new dedicated section for asking questions has been put on the site :

http://baltosource.timduru.org/balto-act-questions.html

What do you think should happen to this question? I don't like too much the idea of having two sections for the same thing. Should I delete this forum section, or close it and put a link to this question? Or something else?

I kinda think this should be kept open since it has some pretty good suggestions, but maybe it could be just that? Suggestions only?

i think this topic should be closed and have a link to the new question section or we could follow Tibbs idea of using it as a suggestions area and this still could have the link that leads to the new question section that way both can be used

I think we should still keep this section even though there's another one. Some people visit the site more often, and other people visit the forums more often. If we have a section like this in both parts of the site, then we can help everyone with their problems instead of certain people.

(otherwhise why did you put the "double" on the site?)

Because I didn't code the forum, so it's very difficult to program anything there. I made it on the site because I wanted a true section, exactly how I wanted it to be, which was not possible here. And you'll see, the questions will quickly be the same in both.

in the questions section on the site, can you do suggestions there as well? if not, then just leave this as a suggestions section.

Yes, I guess I could do that. Seems like the best idea. Although, I will still add a link to the Questions section.

Since in the articles you couldn't ask questions, but you should giv explanations (I think), why don't you let the site section for the question about Balto (it's more logical in a Balto site) and let this section on the forum for the questions about problems with Internet/login/forum and things like those?

No, because many people don't come on the forums. (at least half the visitors) For many different reasons, but I think many just can't because they're not allowed by their parents. It would be unfair to not let them ask questions, while they are the ones who need the most help?

And where's the problem? Here it deals with login on the site, which is not (exactly) the same thing as login on the forums.

Exactly. Where is the problem? It's a very generic question.

However I don't think the two kinds of questions should be mixed.
But I understand it's not very important.
