Has anyone finished the game? Becouse I need help in the part where you begin fighting mutates and their quite hard actually...

Prey
It uses a enhanced Doom 3 engine, which everything works (lights, tv, arcade, music player...toilets, ETC)
aliens invade earth...and its not like those big head ones, these ones put genes in earth life...so you gotta fight them as you go along...(mutated chikens which are 3 feet high and its a carnovore  , genenticly enhanced humans who can't pick up weapons, but have no organs = can run without head, which is freaky) and is very dark...
Your caracther is a native american which adds another feature, since your native american you can use a spirit, (your spirit...make sure your body is in a safe place), you leave your body but its just standing there.
its pretty cool, its a bit like Half Life 2, meets Doom 3! extremely bloody...

This is how i describe it.
Take one cup Half Life 2, then add one cup Doom 3, Preheat to 300 degrees, and bake for about 6 hours

well I'm still stuck on the same level (havn't passed it yet), another Mutate killed me... my acid like shot gun ran out, my gernades all missed and it got too close to me so I died.
I believe I'm on the level...Ascent (lvl 17) and I think they're are 22 levels in all
which are really...really LONG.
I got the names of the weapons 
Wrench (melee)
Hunter Rifle (assault rifle)
Crawler (mine/grenade)
Leech Gun (heavy gun = ammo varys)
Auto Cannon (minigun)
Acid Sprayer (shotgun/grenade launcher)
Launcher (rocket)
