Can anyone tell me how?

Ok, so, I have Paint Shop Pro X but I've no idea how to edit my pics with it like Cat, GK, Sam-SRA, SBD and countless others do to their pics, I know they use PhotoShop but it's the same basic principal.

I would've asked by PM but I've no idea who else has Paint Shop.

Can anyone please help me with this?
