Nope, Dingo's right, it's definately 'dingo' and not 'tingo' but it could sound like that I guess.

Another 'made-up' character of Balto and Jennas litter of pups is Catwhohas14tails awesome char Kiona.

I dunno, you'd have to ask Cat but Kiona is my fave even though she's a created character and nothing to do with the films.

Yeah, my character Kiona is MY version of the red-faced pup (however many people confuse my OC to be an official character, which I find flattering, but very annoying)

Kiona, whom I named after my great-aunt, I just remembered is a Native American name, which means something like "brown hills." The meaning behind the name doesn't really have anything to do with the character, but it could if I really wanted it to.

But when I name my characters, I give them meaning behind it, either I name them after someone or something that has meaning to me, or if the meaning relates to the character. Like my character Miksa (meek-sha) his name means "in between" which in a way relates to him, because he is caught up between wolves and dogs (cuz i made him balto's father) and Boomer, Tazwell, Watson, Talleiulabelle, Jack, and Storm are named after my friends' dogs. Jenna's brothers were named after my favorite cartoon dogs. And there are many more, but that's all I've got

I think it was Juuchan's first. I don't find it to be a coincidence that you came up with the same name...


I don't know if I misunderstood this or not, but I think Yukon is another one of Juuchan's characters. Did you think she was one of the official puppies, or did you use her as your own character?

Your probably right we are just using the same name. Mine was for the same pup catwhohas14tails is, but are pups look a bit different, plus mine is a male. which pup is Juuchan17 using?

Yeah so there aren't any names for two of the pups, but really, it's not just the red-faced pup and the pup with the red bridge on his/her nose. Some people consider one of those pups Dingo or Saba. But these are MY versions (italics are official pups' NAMES. Not the pups' appearances)

Kodi - darker-red white-faced pup

Dingo (named Gus by his owner(s) - blue-eyed white-faced pup

Saba (named Tala by her owner) - brown-eyed white-faced pup

Kiona (originally named Una by her parents, but was then accustomed to being called Kiona, the name her owner Thomas gave her) - dark-faced pup

Dakota (named Diallo by one owner and then wasn't named by his latest owner. He drew more accustomed to being called Diallo) - the red and white Aleu twin.

So yes, those are my versions. Kiona and Dakota are mine (well, dakota's half-mine, half GoodDogTazzy's)
