Oh Steele definately, Ok he's a 'bad-guy' but he's still cool, you love to hate him, Steele's cool.  .....But not as cool as Balto.

I dont really like either of them, by personality i mean. I guess Steele though.

I think Steele's cooler, cuz he actually looks like a canine, whereas Niju looks like a fugly cat  Besides, Steele was a MUCH better antagonist than Niju was. Niju had so much potential to be an "evil" villan, but they never made it happen. If they did, I'd probably like Niju more

well, this topic isn't locked yet, so i am posting a reply!
i voted for both, coz Steele was very mean to Balto and Niju was just mean, and i think they were equal.
plus - in all the movies i like bad guys.

I like Niju more but Steele has a more handsome form. Niju wasn't as mean to Balto as Steele thought he was pretty selfish.
I guess they're just both villians and hard to like..

STEELE!  HE is a brilliant 'bad guy' he is arrogant, selfish, mean, a ferocious bully and he's interested in the hero's girl! Steele rocks!!!! He is the perfect villian for the perfect film; he would scare little children aswell
