I think if there ever is a Balto 0 or 4 there could or will be new characters but I can't think of any right now.

Of course there will be new characters, there are always new characters in sequels or it would be very difficult to make a new story...

There should be other charecters in the movie. Hopefully it talks about Balto and Jenna's other kids, and shows who they are in love with....If there is another sequal. Who knows? We will just have to wait and see.

I think there should be new characters, but they should play a signifigant role in the main story line, and acculy seem to have a reasonable personality. Nothing like Stella, or I shall die a thousand deaths.
