Has anyone seen that movie? I noticed in the end, the Russian cat screams ''STELLLLLLAAAA!!!'' And it sounds almost exactly like Borris at the end of Balto 3.
I was just wondering if anyone else noticed this and if they thought DreamWorks Animation got that from B3.

Heh, I think they got that character name and they used the same voice for the cat...They might just be teasing us, you know? Also, it's probably one guy who does lots of voices, just a coincidence.

Er...I think that's a play on Marlon Brando's very famous line in the movie A Streetcar Named Desire...("Hey STEEEELLAAAAA!")

Speaking of Stella, the CD that RJ throws at her when he's looking for the El Darado map, you can get that from a store in America for 10 cents!
No, it's really taking the mick of a film named 'Tennesse' or something like that where Stanley calls 'Stella' over and over again!

Right. Sort of. Actually, it's the 1951 movie "A Streetcar Named Desire", based on a play of the same name written by " Tennessee" Williams. And the main character, Stanley Kowalski, was played in the movie by Marlon Brando.

Actually, it's already been said, but the infamous quote originally comes from the film A Streetcar Named Desire, based on the original play by Tennessee Williams. Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, which isn't a stupid title at all, is another of Williams' plays. Balto 3 and Over the Hedge contain just two of maaany examples of allusions to the Streetcar "Stella" line.

I nearly laughed too! It's a famous line. "STELLAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!" lol I noticed it the moment it came out of his mouth, maybe they called her Stella just so he could scream. "STELLAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!"
