I used to love Bonkers. I also loved Timon and Pumbaa, Hercules, Tale Spin, and Alladdin. There's a couple others, I just can't think of the names. I never really got into Gargoyles though.

I remember Jungle Cubs. They were on like at 6am on Saturday. Sometimes I'd get up early enough to catch it.

Gargoyles is my favorite animated TV series! The animation was pretty decent but above all I appreciated the quality of the writing and the fact that it's all pretty much one continuous story, instead of just individual episodes where our heroes save the day and everything is back to normal again at the end of the episode.
I didn't watch a whole lot of Disney cartoons when Gargoyles was on (I was already about 13-14 when the show aired) but I recently rediscovered it based on a friend's recommendation and now I'm hooked.
Gargoyles Season 1 is already on DVD, with season 2 to follow later this year (hopefully).

I don't remember Bonkers but Gargoyles is about well, Gargoyles: creatures who sleep as stone during the day and awaken at night. After being awoken from a thousand years' sleep they roam mid-90's New York battling evil and facing ancient nemeses who wish to destroy them. Maybe you recall Goliath, their intrepid and quite massive leader, or Elisa Maza, the detective who discovers and helps them.

I know them, but never really watched them. At the time they were airing on TV, I already stopped watching TV series. (Now I would watch them).
Timon & Pumbaa is still airing, I only watched it one or two times but I really didn't like it. Nothing to do with the lion king to me, humor that never made me laugh, horrible animation, no lions, humans (!!), no definitely...It's rubbish compared to The lion king 3, that is about T & P too but made me laugh all along...

Bonkers the bobcat. He was partner to a cop named Lucky and they work in ToonTown, or something like that. It's a wacky show, but I used to love it.
