I could use some advice

I am scared that she will kill herself before her school starts if I don't get an idea on how to stop her.

Please help me.

Let her know you are afread for her, let her know you care and help her see that she isn't supossed to die now, make her see it.

Does she want to go to heaven? Well tell her that(in my religion i'm not saying this is true) sueicids go to hell. Are you a christain? Pray for her if you are. Tell her that there are people who care about her and life is worth living and every waking day is a gift. Talk to her about her dreams tell her that she wont fulfill them if she dies. I have help alot of people who want to kill them selves with that advise now their just fine. I hope this helps you too.

P.S. i'm sorry about the religion if you are an athiest.

Oh dear, sounds awful, all I could possibly suggest is letting her know that you care about her and are afraid for her and telling her that you'd be lonely without her coz she's your friend and friends are always there for each other and it'd be a shame to lose a nice person...I had a very bad school problem, not quite as bad as this but not too far off, try telling her that no matter how bad or scary school is there's always someone worse off, I always think about the poor poverty stricken people in Africa and such and I always say to myself "I may think I have it bad but that's nothing compared to how bad it could be, I have my family and friends and I know they'll help see me through unlike those people who don't have any family or friends left so I'll bear it for them!", I don't know if it'll help your friend but it always helps me, I'll be praying for you and your friend anyways.

I'm right there with wolfhound... I'll be praying for her. You need to show her the bright side of life. Yes there are tons of stresses in the world but suicide does nothing to help. Pushing through these stresses makes us strong and successful. Dreams come true! There have been some times I have had friends thinking the same thing your friend is, however I befriended them, brought them with me to a church service and litteraly one service can change a persons life for the better, yes some are more stubbourn then others but persivere (?sp) Miracles do happen

well tell your friend parents because nobody should commit suiside because of school
and i will pray for your friend hope she does better.

This is what I would do.

Explain to her that millions of people get through school every single day, and that the burden is not more than she can handle because God tells us that he won't give us anything we can't overcome. Try to get her to think of all the things she wants to do with the rest of her life, and get her to a point that she realizes it would be stupid to end her own life, over education problems. Try to make her realize that she needs to look past this obsticle (sp?) and try to see through it, into what she wants to do, and I think she knows that it's worth going through school issues. Ask her questions about the problem, like "do you REALLY and truly think that you're school is worse than any other person's in the WORLD?" HOPEFULLY she'll answer no. Ask her "Do you REALLY and truly think that it is your place to end your life?" I'm not sure what she'll say to that one, but you can try it. Ask "Do you think you were put here just to live a few years and then kill yourself just because your school is stressful? Don't you think that you're worth more than that?" Tell her about the people that love her. Tell her that she needs to hold on, I know that sounds generic and worn-out, but try to open her eyes to the importance of LIVING. God didn't put her heart in a beating rhythm JUST so she could kill it when she got stressed over something that DOES go away, not until she graduates, but it DOES go away. Ask her "Do you think that "school" will never go away?" If she's thinking straight she'll answer no. HOPEFULLY. Tell her that it goes away. Things will get better but she has to give them a chance to get better. She has to be patient and ride it out.
