Do you enjoy the Outdoors?

Do you enjoy The Great Outdoors? If so, please voice your opinion, and why you think that. I do, because I'm going to have a career that deals with nature. I'm going to be a biologist, and I love picking up baby birds or bugs, anything of that sort. :wink:

I LOVE the outdoors, it's just so much nicer than cities and I feel like I can breathe better outside because the air is constantly fresh and I want to work in wolf conservation and I've just always enjoyed the outdoors.

Yeah, the type of biologist I want be is either wolf biologist or marine biologist. Those have always been my lifelong dreams. And today on Animal Planet I watched this show, "Growing Up Sitka Deer" and it was this wildlife conservation place in Alaska, and it was really pretty and there tons of orpahned animals there that the people were taking care of, including wolves! That made me want to work there when I'm older.

yeah i like the outdoors, i want to have a proffesion as a forest ranger to save animals and stuff like that

I love the outdoors. I go camping at least several times a year, and I try to go backpacking at least one week out of the summer. There is nothing like getting away from the world and getting back to good old mother nature.

Im definately an outdoors person. I cant ride a 50 or a mountain bike inside.....or can I?

I used to be an 'Outdoors Instructor', so yes I enjoy it. I used to teach mountain biking, archery, rock climbing, survival etc. It was good fun!

Well, looks like im the first one here to say, I don't like going outside. It's mainly because of the weather. It's so hot out there. Then with these frequent rains, it gets humid and I just get this sticky feeling when im out there. Now, if there's a pool, i'll go out there. The only time I can really enjoy myself outside is during the winter or fall. It's acctually cool out there then.

When I can get outside without it being too hot I love it... I try to get out as much as I can especially going on hikes with my husky as I'm training her for her Working Pack Dog title with the AKC and also when the weather's cold enough I'll hook her up to my dogscooter and we'll mush some trails together. Hoping to buy a dogsled this September as I go up to NH to a sled dog trade fair and I'm planning on picking one up up there. But yes being outside, especially with my dog is just so, great... Just sit down on a mountain peak overlooking the land and just breathe that fresh air.. just one and in touch with nature... I do hate the heat though, this summer has been torture as we haven't been able to get out much, one more reason I want to move to Alaska after college, lol
