:cry: This morning my dad was taking pictures for his genialegy site http://www.bythedrop.com and was bitted by a prarey rattle snake. He was up and seemed fine but this has never happened to anyone in the houshold. Surei've been through alot but that was me personaly. Now he's in the hospital and even though they gave him the ani-venome i'm very affraid that he'll get really sick. I dont want to tell my sis or brother about how i'm feeling(i dont want to put bad thoughts in theirhead)
I'm scared half to death right now I really need comforting. :cry:

Well as long as he has received the anti-venom he'll be fine, he'll probably feel a bit drowsy for a while and maybe a bit unwell but it's Ok Wolfhound your dad will be fine.

Aw, it's Ok Wolfhound you're bound to be scared, I'd have gone insane by now if that'd happened to my family and you're being much braver than I'd ever be, we're all here for ya pal :wink: *hugs*.

Don't worry, wolfhound. Administering the antivenom as soon as you did should get your dad back to his feet in maybe one or two days...a few hours at best!! :D

Dont worry ive been throw the same situation...but my dad did not get bite by a rattler he had an allergic reaction...and he almost died....but your dads not going to die hes going to poll throw.

he called us just about 30 minutes ago im glad to hear from him but, ive been crying a few times today becausehe got bit by the snake and i always take pictures of gravestone for his geonalogy and nothing ever happens i mean sure we get poked by cactuses but, im scared half to death my mom was gone for about 6-7 hours visiting my dad. im really sad :cry: :cry: :cry:
