Well, the title says it all : I am really surprised that (as far as I've seen), no one put drawings in their fanfics on the site, while it is possible.

What is the problem? Is it that you don't know how to do it?
Is it that you don't have time to make drawings? That you're too bad at drawings?
Or that you are worried about legality issues? (I mean, you can't steal drawings, but you can very well put screenshots from the films)

It's a shame, because I made much efforts in that way, but no one uses that possibility. Although people does use images on the covers...

Maybe some people are affraid that they'll take the time to make an illestration pic and when they put it in their fic it wont appear. I've seen(give or take a few) topics where people want other people to illestrate for their fics.

Well I'll definately be adding pics in my fics when I finish and send them, I'm just finishing my first fan-fic right now but I'll certainly be adding pics.

I would have if I knew how to do it, if I sent a finished fan fic after you added this, and if I had an idea for a drawing for one of them. If it weren't for those three reasons, I'd have put them up.

I've also tried to draw a few scenes from the fic but i have no artistic ability. A few people have claimed that they would draw a scene from one of my fics and in exchange i add their character in my fic, but i don't think they ment it. I made a topic asking this, and a few members said they would, but so far there's been nothing. And that topic is at least a month old. I havn't gotten popular enough here for people to want their character in my stories. So, i havn't been able to use it yet. Silver Deni is drawing one for me so when she finishes it, i'll check with her and see about putting it in the fic.

To people who may not know how to add pictures in their fanfics :
Either edit your fanfic or create a new fanfic directly online, and choose to "modify the fanfic text". Then, put your cursor to the position you want to insert a picture, and in the interface click on the "Picture" button. Upload a picture from your hard drive, and click ok. The picture will be inserted. You can then modify it (choose no border, size...) by clicking on the icon "Image properties)
Then save your work.

i have put one pic in one fan fic on BS but don't worry, i am going to put pics! i'm just illustrating them all at the moment so it's taking a while, but i am going to put pics in! i thought it was a great change and i love it!

Im not going to put any more in here i don't think, but i will for the others, and the coming fan fics have already drawn pics to go with it! i have a question though, if your using your own art, you won't want it stolen, but you can save the pics. Like you did for fan art, can you disable the part that allows you to save the pic? so your art is nice and safe!

but really, i just want you to know that am drawing for my fan fics, i'm just not finished! And the fan fics that i am sending up are fully illustrated! ^^

Well I'm Just a fanfic writer I would Put Arts drawing which ever you want it to call it. The only reason of Why I don't put art or Pics drawings what you call is as an art person i can't draw at all! I really bad at making art drawing, I can't draw so why I don't is that I can't draw and I refuse to use other arts even if it is allowed I won't use someone else work. It's like stealing from them in my point so I don't have any because I can't do art. Just my point, maybe they can't draw like wise in my case.

I plan on doing that when I have time to make pics. But for now I just want to get the fics done. ><

Hey, Steet: I am goping to as soon as I have the art altogether. I have the contest (Balto's Second Litter,) where anyone can draw a scene from it/cover, or whatever, and I will use them. Also, for my RP, which I just started, I'll be turning it into a story,a nd I'll have all of us completing art especially for the story. It was one of teh agreements for when you first signed up to do it.

I hope you don't take the privelege off! I want to do it soo badly, but I just need a little bit to get it altogether.

For me, "Too lazy" is one answer. Second is that I do not know how to draw. Third I won't bug artist to draw things so I can put 'em into fanfic. All I can say is that. Some good artist might throw pics :p but not me
