Yeah, I suppose...although, I don't think a new section would be very efficient, since we've already added two new ones. I think a sticky on the FanArts, FanFics, and FanMore sections would be more appropriate. There, people can declare contests, and submissions can be arranged and sent to the proper subordinates...

I thought of organizing contests directly when you send fanarts on the site, but it would be kind of complex to program, so I guess I'll leave this idea for now. Well a sticky topic : yes, but there are already a lot in the fanart section, so I don't know...

Well, I know you only really want to limit it to 5 Stickies/Announcements per section, but maybe you can solve that by "making room"? I dunno...You can combine the Rules for sending Fanarts and How To Send Fanarts onto the site together...

No, these two topics have two distinct functions, and they are also too long to combine into only one.
