Silver Deni is right. You need a codec to upload them to WMM.

I dunno i used to instal for my movies first:
I instal:

1) XviD-08082002-1
2)Indeo 5111
3)Nimo Codec 5.0 Bulit 7
4)Div X 5.0.5 Pro Bundle [Full]

*Yes these are old..but for Nimo Codec is very good.Because the new ones only messes up the videos.I use these since years..but only 5 months ago i realized the good order of instal.Instal in this order and it'll go perfectly.

Last time was tested on my dad's laptop this Sunday on a movie in avi format^^
