A new board! WOO HOO!!

Hey gang!

I want to thank Steet for being willing to allow us to have a board dedicated to the real history of the Great Serum Run (the event portrayed, somewhat, in the first Balto cartoon).

I am going to be contributing a lot of material over the coming week, and would encourage others to do the same, and to engage in discussion about it! If we keep this board going, it will remain up! And, more importantly, people will learn a lot they may not have known before!

Thanks again, and please do contribute! I look forward to discussing this with you all!

Actually I don't mind people answering to old topics, as long as it's for adding something useful (and not the typical answer "I agree with this")
