It's this show on the Discovery Channel where ths group of guys who are special effects experts try to prove or disprove urban myths by simulating the situation to see what would really happen. For example, they tried to find out if a ceiling fan could decapitate you, and they used a dummy head of that gel (Whatever it's called) that acts similar to what would happen to human skin, and put in a fake skull, fake blood vesels, etc. and put te neck of it to various types of fans to see if any of them could decapitate you. It turns out that it was deadly, but not decapitating.
It's really funny when they use their crash test dummy, which they named "Buster". He always is having his limbs breaking off and stuff like that.
