No, not really. If I read, or watch anything sad to me I might be depressed for an hour or so. But I'm not depressed lots of the time. Sorry if ya have problems with it. I know it can feel like your whole world is crashin' down on you.
If you really hate it, maybe you should ask your doctor about somethings that can control it. I've seen things like that adversited on tv.

I did have very bad depression a while back, it was caused by bullying at school and I got very bad, so bad I started scratching my head and ended up tearing my skin off my head and would have terrible panic-attacks, I'm still terribly afraid of crowds and I'm left with little or no self-confidence left made worse by the fact that I'm still bullied and everyone where I live hates me and that I have an abusive, lying dad too.

Things are starting to look up though and I have great friends here on BS.

Most of the time, I'm a really happy person, but yes, sometimes I can get depressed. I wouldn't exactly say that I have a problem with depression, since I can usually control my emotions and I normally have a way of making myself feel better. Listening to music is my treatment for depression. :wink:

Overall, I don't get depressed very often. Most of the time, I'm happy or in a solumn mood. It depends on what my day was like, or if something happened to me at some point. Memories can make me depressed too.

I'm not on any medication for my emotions, though. Like I said before, depression is hardly a problem for me.

I have anger problems and i'm a very negitive person. I usualy work my way into physical fights and have cuts and scars to prove it. My friends tell me that I look like I want to kill someone almost all the time. I'm not emo or goth (no offence).

I am fairly good at not being to depressed. But, it can get to me. They once wanted to put me on meds, but I refused. ^^ They tried to take me to a phrapist (i am sorry i cant spell) & I sat there & looked at the people like they were stupid. Yes, I went to more than one.

They still attempt to do something to help, but they just make it worse.

But on here, it normally lifts my hopes. I think my mom noticed that, so she lets me on alot. ^^

When I feel depressed, I find something to do, and I do it AAAAAAALLLL day long. Sometimes, I don't talk for months...Yeah, I handle things pretty well. :roll:
