My guess is that they just like to compete with eachother. Like how Kodi said he wanted to be Lead Dog? Being in the front of the team, I suppose they all enjoy wearing themselves -- and eachother -- out.

haha. With the Kriby and Kodi staring at eachother all the time... I love Cat's fanfic with them two. But I do think that the group does well together.

Different thought here. Yes, they all seem competitive. I guess they're all trying out to be lead dog.

Yeah, they get on but like most buddies.. they like to insult one another in a friendly way.

Kodi,Kirby,and Ralph learned to get along with each other,because in one scene,Dusty puts her paw down.

Hmm, Kirby, Kodi, and Ralph . . . good teammates?

Yes. And nothing more.

Of course, I agree with what many others have mentioned:

- Kirby and Kodi are very much competitive (especially Kodi) for the lead dog position, but since it seems that they share the lead, they have to at least work well together (just not in *cough* that way, mind you). Except when Balto takes the lead in the race of course.

- Ralph, although he's behind Kirby, is just as important as the leads - as long as he understands and follows the directions of the leads, the ones behind him (probably they're not "leader" material yet, but best for the back of the pack) follow his lead . . . so he (and Dusty, the dog beside him) have to definitely work well with the other two.

Of course, in the end, with the whole Kodi and Kirby lead dog battle, Kodi proves his leadership by bringing the team together to help Balto save Duke, even if it cost him their friendship.

They all seem like nothing more than really great friends, you know, like the people you talk to all the time at school or work or whatever.

In The Movie

In the movie, they seem like just your normal sled dogs that work together, and have a cool friendship. They hang out, and 'play around', like your -friendly- nuzzle, and or kicking water at you, just goofing off like the human-like dog's they are. You can't say you never playfully pushed your friend softly, joked him/her in a friendly-way, and just having fun. Well, it's pretty much what their doing. Their just having fun, and then, they go work together as sled dogs. Nothing more.

Now, The Kodi and Kirby staring thing .. Well, could just because they stare at each other. I am sure the ones who animated this didn't want anything between them - And Yes, Kirby does tease Ralph alot. I tease my friends alot .. Just being a weird goofy friend, and a very playful one, matter of fact. I love to annoy my friends, because it's fun - But they know I am just joking around, and being me. Ralph and Kirby are just being friends, or good teammates.

Fan-Fic

The fun part. You can write what you want, even things that may never happen, or things that you think COULD happen, or for the heck of it. In Balto 3 Fan-Fic, Alot of our Dear "Fans" want to write about Kirby and Kodi being in love, something that can't happen. Because, Balto is pretty much a G rated movie - But yeah, I've read stories of Balto and Kodi doing.. stuff(On An Adult site, Mind you), and we all know that this is never going to happen, right? It's fun. And, if others want to make sigs of Kirby and Kodi - Stories - Then, let em. ^_^

It can't bother people this much - Right? And well, if they want Ralph and Kirby and Kodi to be more than friends as three - Then let em. Even if it wouldn't happen(Or atleast I think) - So what? What's fun of writing stuff that could happen? Okay, it could be cool if it's well-done, but I like to read things that couldn't happen. Time to get away from the real world .. Okay, I am getting of topic again.. Excuse me.

My God. That was just wrong on so many levels. WRONG. As if we don't have enough of a problem already with the pressure-cooker issue of the Kodi-Kirby thing going on...
