Want to make a video game easily?

There are a few softwares which allow "anyone" to make a video game.
I know very well now that there will never be a real Balto video game; even though I could and I want to make one, I don't have time for this because I'm always too busy with the site.

But, if some people are interested in making a video game, you can try Game Maker. You can download it for free on this site :

It allows you to make games such as these ones (examples) :

For making more precise games programming skills are recommended, but without you can still make games. Give it a try!

Thats Intresting, I'll ask my dad If I can download it when he gets home from work. ( Because my computer doesn't have internet yet. )

This looks interesting. Looks like "the first steps in game-making". That's a Dutch site right? Just being curious because I saw nl at the end.

Yes, but it's entirely in english and free. (there is another version which is not free, but it's only to get more functions)

Yeah I saw that it's in English. It's pretty cool that someone wants to do something like this and also free.

intresting... I worked a bit with the Q3 engine... but it was very limited (because of the game, JK JA)

I'll have a look on that later... but it seems to be very cool

Here is another game making program to check out, it's called RPG maker and on the site where you download it, there is many verssions, I recomend the XP RPG maker, it's free and it's completely awesome, check it out, a friend of mine made a really awesome game with that program, i'll ask him if he wouldn't mind me putting a like to it.

I know RPG maker, but I don't like it as much because it's very limited : you can only do RPG games and you can't do whatever you want. (for example I hate that you can't see your characters in battle)
With Game maker, you're much more free!
