Ok so here is a post where I give you a list of game companies and you give me a game or two from each that you thought was the best they made. No flaming please.
Sony-
Nintendo-
Microsoft-
There are third party companies that made games for these three as well so feel free to mention those companies too, just make sure that you say what company the third party company made their game for.

Sony- Sly 3: Honor among theives. GTA San andraes.( sorry if you offended by my choice, its just flat out the best game for PS2)
Nintindo- I dont have an answer ive never played a nintindo game. Besides the GBA.
Microsoft-Halo 2, Halo 1. I think you ALL agree on this with me one

Sony- I was going to say Lunar, but Lunar is on Saturn. So nothing.
Microsoft- KOTOR 1 and 2, Rainbow Six 3, Call of Duty 2 (360), DOA 4, Oblivion
and just because i can
PC- Half Life 1, Starecraft, Diablo 2, Warcraft

 All who haven't played recent nintendo titles are really missing out!
Sony- Pretty much any GTA game that you can crame full of cheat codes 
DDR was cool, FINAL FANTASY!, the SW Battlefront games ran faster on PS2 during multiplayer so im going to put them down as a choice too!
Nintendo- Paper Mario 2,all Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart, Viewtiful Joe, RE4
Microsoft- Halo, Halo2, all Battlefront games cause they were sooo much more pretty on xbox, Fable 1&2 (even if they were basically the same game ) the splinter cell series, crimson skies, geometry wars?

how can you forgot Capcom!? it's a very good company. I love all rockman ( AKA Megaman ) series. one of the best game is Devil May Cry 1-3.

Forget? Heavens no! I didn't forget, you notice that I said that you can also mention games from third party developers...which is what Capcom is.

Sony- Mortal Kombat(Also is on the others) any Gran Turismo(It Beats Forza) Like everyone said Any Sly game, Any Ratchet and Clank game, and Any Jak and Daxter game.
