Ugh! Won't she ever shut up?!

My bratty friend ruined the trip for all of us. And you know what? The adults are actually thinking of letting her go because their tired of her whining. I told them letting her go and no my other friend wasn't fair. But they go "Oh, but he shouldn't have punched her." Yeah, I agree with them on that one, but how come she gets to go now? And guess what?! She's still complaining. Now I feel like punching her harder than my friend did. What do I do?

Well don't punch her coz that will make things worse, try talking it out with the adults about this, alone not with anyone exept you and them.

hmm i feel the same way when my sister throws her fits.ok here's something that might help.talk to her about her complaining,hitting someone will solve nothing and make things worse.talk to her about what she is doing and make her understand that mabye if she didn't throw such fits you and her and your friends would have a better time.your going to PA,there's alot of things there to do besides hershey park,and i should know.i have been there plenty of times.

if that doesn't work try and ignore her whining,when i do it to my sister she would eventually stop whining and leave me alone.

Well i dunno, I wouldnt punch her but....And i cant give you advice when imannoyed i growl at people X)

Wow, Black Shimmer, you're really in the dumps, are you? I'm not sure if this can just be a (quote) "guy-thing" (unquote), but I'd let your bratty friend have it. Tell her she ruined everything, and how angry you are with her. Even if she starts yelling at you, sometimes, you just gotta throw a few fits of your own -- if you know what I mean. Sorry if I sound harsh. If that happened to me, I'd be fuming as well. You have a very good reason to be mad. Show her!!

Ask your parents if you can just stay home with your friends then...I'm sure that'd be a lot more fun, anyway. :roll:

She's your friend and she acts that way to you? Gawd!! I'd beg my mother or both of my parents to not let her go!! But hey, you have a better idea. Let her be angry. She'll only make herself miserable.lol And you and your other friends can have fun while she sits there being mad.

Well...I'm not sure...But you're right. Look, I can see why you wouldn't want her to be depressed, because who would want their friends to be depressed? And you're right about the begging to have her not go. But if she's not going to be happy with what you guys are going to do, why would she come? The reason you're going is to have fun, right? But if she doesn't want to have fun doing the things you planned, why should she come if she'll be miserable? But that's your choice and hers and yeah...

But you could always gather your friends up, including her, and talk about the things you'll do. The places you'll go. And see if you can find something she'll enjoy? I dunno...I'm not very helpful... :lol:

Maybe you should try a different technique...try talking to your ather friends about your trip and how much fun you're gonna have and about the places you are going and when she starts yelling and throwing a fit just ignore her and carry on talking no matter how loud she shouts and when she asks why you're ignoring her just say "Because we're gonna have fun even you are'nt so just go on yelling and be miserable we're gonna have a great time", and just leave it at that and if she starts yelling because of that ignore her and eventually she'll either give up or get such a sore throat she'll have to stop yelling. Try that one :wink:
