A couple of days ago I got the Ipod shuffle but there seems to be a problem with the on and off cap ---Image
When I move the cap the little button with the battery doesn't flash green like it's supposed to, does anybody know how to fix this?

Sounds to me like the battery is dead...you should plug it into a USB port on your computer. Leave it in there for a few hours. If it works after you do that, it just means that the battery was dead. If it doesn't work...then it's useless.

Same, mine was like that when I first got it too and once I'd charged it up it was fine.

Try letting it charge overnight if not take it right back to the store and explain and get a full refund or a new one.

I'm saving up my money for an iPod Nano. I'm planning to get an AC adapter to charge it like I would a cell phone. Maybe you should try that.

No, it didn't work I tried charging it but it's useless, so I am going to get a refund, and Writewolf nah, I just want to fix the one I have or get a refund. but apparently I'll get the refund. Thanks anyways!
