I'm not Loz but I think she just used those pics as a ref. Kinda like how my animation I used Pamples as a ref.

Loz wrote on DA she used the Shayde picture as reference. I dont know about the last picture.

I said I used the pics from the original owners for a ref...but if it really annoys you all then i'll take them ones down...

She just used Shaydes Picture as a reference, thats what she said in the description of the picture, there is anything bad about it. But if that will cause a problem.. maybe a good suggestion would be to talk with the artist whom picture is being taked as reference

Ok, but Loz, you could atleast type that in the actual picture itself. Not everybody goes on Deviant Art. And actually, the second one doesn't seem like you just used it as a reference, it looks way too similar.

Yeah, you got no problem with me regarding that. I think its OK a artist finds inspiration from others, as long they get credit. And Loz didnt exactly steal the whole thing like some other people do. And if she have mirrored it, then nobody would notice at first eye sight.

I'm sorry but I don't call that "inspiration" there, I call that tracing. Even if you didn't trace every line exactly, it's not just a "reference".
Well if the original artist agreed for this, ok, but in that case you should have written the name of the original artist on your drawing too.
Soon I'll add the possibility of adding descriptions to your pics, I hope you'll make good use of this...

If it's "not" Traced then it's altered.Yeah I don't want to blame Loz,she's a nice friend of mine...But if she used as "ref" of Pample's pics..Why the others can't?And I'm sure that Pample wouldn't share her drawings with others,so It's unfair.
And tracing or altering it's a lil....you know?..Uncreative.

Yeah I would definaly also email the artist before posted 'heavily' refrenced pictures as it is a form of art theft.

Excuse me for my ignorance, but since Balto is copyrighted, and LOTS OF pictures are only screenshot drawed by freehand, isn't this "tracing", "copying", "breaking the copyright" (call it how you prefer) too? I can't really see the difference with this situation.

And im sure Steet emailed Universal about all the screendumps & art he haves on his site, and he of course pay´s the copyright fee, for public displaying copyrighted material.
