I love acting more then anything, but my question is, does anyone act? if so please answer the fallowing questions:


Do you like acting and why?

Have you ever been on tv due to your acting? meaning like did you act for television, doesn't matter for what.

Do you have an agent and how did you get one?

How did you get into actling? like interested in it.

Why do you hate acting?

Is there anything that could change your mind from hating it, to liking it? if so what is it that would change your mind?

I love acting!!!

I just enjoy being someone I'm not. The whole experience on stage is overwhelming and I can't get enough of it!

After I got too old for T-ball my mom signed me up for the summer program. I only got small parts the first three years but my last two were great! Now I'm not in the program anymore due to band camp in my summer schedule. I was in the school play but was only on stage for five minutes. Still, I loved that. Just being back after a whole year.... Man I miss acting and hope to do it next year with camp schedules changing!!![/b]

I have been on tv, for drama club at my school.

No Agent.

Well..I always had intrest in my dad video camrera and always taped my self making retarded minishows....I just picked it up from there.

I plan to make it big with acting because my cousion is a stuntman and could get me to a producer.

I love acting, in fact I live for it.

Why do I love acting? Simply, its just so out thre and it allows you to do so much. The possibilities are endless, just to be able to play so many characters and be out there doing these amazing things. I love it and I want to do it professionally.

As for acting on T.V, Film and such I have not had the chance to yet, though I do know some incredible actors such as Kevin O'Connor [He played Egore in Van Helsing and Benny in The Mummy] and ask them some questions so I'm quite happy to have been able to that.

I would love to get an agent, they aren't extreamly easy to get. You have to impress them, how do you get an agent? Well you first need to get headshots and send them in with your resume. If the agent likes what he or she see's there secretary will call you. Sometimes you have to be presistant. Alot of agents get hundreds of resumes a day, they just go through and throw alot of them out. Wait a few weeks and send your resume back in or call. Then you have to audition infront of the agent and its along but intresting process.

How did I get into acting? Well I sort of just fell into it, I had always loved it as a child. At the age of 5 I took the camera and refused to give it back because I was 'filming', as I entered the 7th grade a few years back I really started to get into it again and now here I am a junior in highschool, acting my life away.

Who knows where I will end up but I assure you I will not give up. ;3 I fully intend to go to Hollywood.

I don't act properly like you guys but I do like to make short films and stuff, just random films I make when I'm bored, the answer to the other two questions is no but I got into it at a thing called 'wolf and water' where you do all sorts of art and stuff, we made a video that was sorta like a big brother thing and we also made a song and a music video for it,twas really fun.

Yes, because you get to be somebody your not.

No,sadly. I hope to one day become an actress.

No.

How did you get into actling? like interested in it.
Thrugh speech and drama in 8th grade. We did a play(with a video camera) I didn't get the lead but, I was the head angel.(The play was a guy and how he thinks his life in meaningless, and an angel comes down on an assingment given to her by her teacher to show the guy what is life would be like if he wan't born.)I was the teacher angel.

I never knew you could get an agent like that, neeto, I got an agent just by doing a screen test infront of atleast a few thousand people, but it helped with confedence because of doing alittle part in front of a camera with so many watching in so many difrent accents and styles, it was fun but it lasted so long, there were other sets of people coming in the next day too, I still remember the lines I had too say Hahaha.

As for the had shot thing your right, before I went for the screen test I needed to bring a recent picture of myself but when they phoned to sign me they needed to do a full body shot aswell, I also had to fill out some kind of survay of all my interests and expiance in like firearms, swords, diffrent fighting styles, impersonations a whole crap load of things.

The said if you don't get signed then they would send you the screen test fee but if you they want you to sign a contract with them then you would get a phone call 2 weeks later, I thought I wasn't going to make it but they wanted me so badly that they phoned 3 days later saying that they wanted me to sign a contract with them ASAP, I was blown away, I thought I wasn't going to make it, but im glad I did, so that exact same day I signed for a 2 year contract and now they want me to sign another, so im just waiting for my agent to phone me too meet with him, so yeah, the first 2 year was 2 years ago.

They have a new way of showing directors your picture, they used to put it up on a site and directors would look on that site for people they wanted but now they do a thing called digital photo which is much easer and all it is is that the photos get sent right to the director too check out, so its easer for the actors to get parts and it makes it easer on the directors.

I am so glad that there are so many who love to act, I thought maybe one or two, but not this many, so that was a big suprize, and also Nick im glad there is someone other then me who loves to do musical theater, its fun but at first I thought nah I wouldn't like that, but my music teacher made me because she really loved my singing voice, she was like *you are so doing this* I said nah she said *you are doing this* I said fine, i'll give it a shot and she said well you kinda have to because I already signed you up for it, I just laughed, so I tryed it and well the reasult was that I love it.

Wow does time ever fly.

I was in Annie at a school performance. I was the dog and Duffy. And that's where I learned I love to act.

Awesome, sometimes its the smplest thing to get you loving it, or some are just born to love it.


I don't remember what got me into acting.

I really don't know but my Grandma has a video camera so yeah you know what that means XD

I done acting in school plays, but that's about it. I was the lion in "The Wizard of Oz" and I was Prince John in "The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood". I love to perform infront of a crowd. The thrill that you get from it just has no explaination. I will most likely take acting classes in college.
