It was all right, but I only liked it when I was younger. I noticed at the start it had Harry Potter music  Nowadays I don't really like it.

I love that movie so much, its actually right under Balto in my list of favorite movies. I would watch that movie all the time when I was younger, I think I would watch at least once a day. And no it would not be a better animated movie, it is perfect as is. Thats what made it a good movie I thought. Being a non animated movie not about humans. Also I thought Homeward bound 2 was a good movie as well. Man I havent seen them in ages though, I'll have to watch them again some time.

Same here! I LOVE these movies, especially the first Homeward Bound. But I didn't watch them for a while.

I liked it, and the second one. I think it would be bad to have them be animated. I liked seeing the real animals. **shrugs.** I actually think I prefer The Incredible Journey better nowadays (the original film, and the book on which it was based). When I was little it was the opposite, probably just because I liked the animals to talk.

Here's a bit of a trivia: The same director of Homeward Bound 2, which is David R Ellis I believe, is also the same director of Final Destination 2 & Cellular.
