It's because of their reputation in most people, because the Police use them a lot and Security companys many people have a fear of them, the reason thePolice and Security companys use them is because they're so easy to train, I have a GSD and most people go "oh, those are dangerous dogs are'nt they?" but they really are'nt, mine would'nt hurt anything, she's scared of her own shadow, .
