The Trip has been offical cancled by Whitewolf(uk). Do not ask why, it does not matter. The end has come for such a bright idea.....
........Good-bye Balto Source Union.......
Poll added on UK's post. Maybe we still have a chance???
[OoC: I thought it was all rather confusing, So here is a topic on it all. I hope Whitewolf(uk), Kari, Tibby & the others dont mind. ]
If you would like updates to be sent to your inbox on the balto source or even your e-mail please PM me about it saying if you want it PMed to you, or emailed to you. & I will send you updates there. Thanks.
The date of the trip is now as of July 27th 2007
Updates--
8/30-
*Is there hope for the Trip?! Maybe so!! Lets hope!! VOTE YES!!!!! ^_^
8/28-
*Uk has decided to shut it down. D= Poor thing, to me failure is not an option, but face it... its her choice =D
Good bye Balto Source Union
7/2-
*Maya has picked a new name for the Balto Source Trip, but I will not post it until all the organizers approve.
*Maya is an Unoffical Organizer. ^^
*HydraPhalanx is not aloud to donate more than 500$!! [That is not a suggestion, that is an ORDER]
-FYI-
~Whitewolf(uk) came up with this amazing idea!
~It will be held in Chicago.
~All young adults under the age of 18 must be acompanied by a parental figure [Basicly, if your not 18 you need to be with an 18 year old...]
~The Grand Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Chicago hotel is one choice for our get-together. It is large & has the space for various things.
Here are a few useful links to as where all the information is coming from:

Nope Maya, I don't mind at all. This will help keep everything together and everything will be easier to understand. Nice idea.
By the way, maybe we should post those pictures from Drew in this topic...I'll ask her if she could send me the links and I'll send them to you. You could put them in your first post.
