Does anybody play Dogz? I do and I like it, a ton. It's better than normal GBA games because you get to walk around kinda, 2D/3D. I've only been playing for one day and I've made it to day six! My character is a girl with a red dress who owns a Yorkie female named Belle.

Well, would Nintendo have excepted Dogz if Dogz was a copy off of Nintendogs? Now I assume your going to say Catz, is a copy off of Nintencats?

Actually that's impossible, Dogz and Catz were made long before Nintendogs, it's more likely Nintendogs was taken from the idea of Dogz.

Yeah I remember. In Dogz it says 2004. When was Nintendogs made? What about Nintencats? It hasn't even been released yet!

On the Start page of Dogz, it says 2004. Therefore, Nintendogs and Nintencats are the copies.

Just because Nintendogs was made after Dogz, it doesn't mean that the makers of Nintendogs copied Dogz. Think about it, honestly, that is just so childish. Nintendogs, a fact, was made because the makers knew that puppies were very popular among children, an obvious target. They wanted to make Nintendogs as life like and fun as possible, so why not just play it on the latest game device, the Nintendo DS? I just really get annoyed with that, Nintendogs is much better in quality and quantity, and Dogz it just ordinary, so the maker of Nintendogs have a right not to be labelled, 'copy-cats'.

Yeah right. Nintendo just steals many ideas off others. I doubt they even have a patent to use for Nintendogs. Dogz/Catz was way better- because it was original and was a very interactive game. And it was released 12 years earlier too. All Nintendo tried to do is resurrect the Petz series, but all they did was create a horrible monster or zombie. Whichever is worse. Shame on you Nintendo: someone beat you to something... ... ...

is awesome (I don't like Sony)!
