Okay, how do I explain this? I am making a Balto 4 trailer of my own. I am drawing it all but it would be better if someone else did it. It has nothing what so ever to do with the other one. But I need some people to be these characters, well their voices anyway...

...What do you mean that it has nothing whatsoever to do with the other one? It's the exact same thing with different characters.

This is becoming seriously like a joke.

Why it would be nice for all of us to put out our own animated movies even a trailer takes a TON of resources and effort and just saying that in itself is an understatement. The "other" Balto 4 trailer has many other people working on it at the moment and aside from finding people that are A: good enough and B: willing to work on the project, it all comes down to actually doing it. These things take a lot of time to do and a ton of dedication if something’s to become of them. There’s a lot more that goes on behind the scenes then meets the eye. I know for a fact those involved with the "other" Balto 4 spend many late nights and long days working on it, and none of it is as easy as it sounds or looks for that matter. Are you sure you know what it takes to make one of these things? And if so are you seriously dedicated enough and patient enough to see it through to the end? Why reinvent the wheel?

You haven't even given enough information about this to be able to have people know what is needed...

I mean, a few people making a trailer or video was ok. Ya know...Like Sam had actually been planning that short film thing for a while, and she actually had artists and some staff. And Maya Huskee is working really hard, and also has a staff already. They both planned before they just jumped out and made a topic. But then....people started claiming they were going to make a movie. Doesn't everybody know that it takes time and lots of money to make a whole movie? Drew and Greykitty have said this numerous times. But alright...

I have to agree with Lakoswolf I'm afraid, making an animated trailer is a very big project to take on and needs a lot of time and dedication to full fill, I've looked at Drews topic for the 'other' Balto 4 fan trailer project many times and you can see just how hard they are working on it and it's been running for a very long time, you'll have to be sure that you will have enough time and enough patience to pull it off. Animation in itself is very hard to do considering that you need several frames per second for the animation to run smoothly, then you need to sync it with the voice of the character, you'll obviously need dedicated voice actors that'll stick with the project and if want it to be convincing you'll most likely need a few characters all moving together in a single scene and interacting with each other, that is a very hard task to complete, if you've already thought all this through and know how to do this then fine, it would be a help if you could edit your post and add more infformation on your project.

I really do know what I am doing. But if nobody here wants to help me, fine. I actually have people in mind. I have patience. It's not like I am going to do the actual movie you know. I think the other one is going to be way better. but it's my dream to do this... so i am going to do it. I already have started , and if you know me really, really, well, you would know, I finish what I start.

But why copy it in the first place? Especially if you know that the other one would be better. Plus, you weren't even descriptive enough to tell us what you're doing exactly.
