I love chuckie! Lol he is so funny. Scream is an amazing movie along with the others. But this is in the wrong section.

Oh, how I hate scary movies...I'll watch them if they're not too gory or if they don't have things that jump out at the screen, but for some reason they give me nightmares. Seems childish that a teenager is scared of characters in a scary movie, I know.
I don't know if the Scary Movie series are classified as horror movies, but those are the only true "horror" movies that I'll actually watch. Would you believe me if I told you that Cabin Fever kept me from drinking water for 3 weeks?

I like horror movies, the only one I really did'nt like recently was Ghost ship and I have no idea why, I usually like those movies and, this is gonna sound odd, I like the gory scenes in them, I get really annoyed when a char is killed but you don't get to see any blood, I love the Chucky movies and the Scream and scary Movie ones, but, if you really want SCARY, you need to watch a phsycological thriller/chiller, now that's scary, I also love the Final Destination movies, not exactly horror but still really cool and gory.

Most scary movies today are about the typical blood/gore/death and the annoying idea of things just popping out at you. Whatever happened to good old-fashioned movies such as The Shining for example. (at least it had a plot unlike most modern films)...
If the game was 100% like the movie, I would say that Doom would be scary (example taken off Doom 3 for XBOX/PC). If you were me to play that game in 7.1 Dolby surround in the dark and then at 02:00 leave your work room to your bedroom with no lights on other than the dim ground-floor lights (since the main lights on all three of our house floors are set on timers- as well as the basement- and turning on a primary light activates ADT home security that late at night), I'm sure you'd be a little nervous going around that next dark corner hoping there is nothing around that bend (and its even better when its stormy or silent- since that house echoes like crazy!)...
As for the scary movies; I just laugh at them rather than be afraid of them. Most are just so stupid that it is funny.

I know what you mean Alaskas Jenna, that's why I'm not scared of horror movies recently, exept Ghost Ship but I still don't know why coz it was'nt half as scary as some of the stuff I've seen, I really liked The Sixth Sense but I've watched it so much now that it's just lost all impact, the same has happened with The Exorcist.

While we were in St. Pete we watched The Shining, and one of the kids in our room was so scared of it. It was funny, because we had it on for 10min untell he started screaming.
