I need to know how to make sigs and avatars.If anybody could help me it would be fantastic.

Well, first of all you'd need some sort of photo editing program, and you'd have to know how to use it. Then you keep editing the picture(s) in any way that you want until you get your finished product. There really isn't only one set of directions that could tell you how to make them, since your can make signatures and avatars one hundred different ways.
