I'm working on a fan-fic called, "Balto and the Gates of Oblovion." I created a new race in the story that allows our canine friends to be in the story....though I'm still trying to figure out a name for it Xp. Balto is a knight, Jenna a marksmen (or in this case, a marks'women.'), Kodi a mage, Aleu a thief, Steele a necromancer, and my character (from the game oblivion, who is a Kahjit- a humanoid cat) Inle who is a rogue for the story. (In the game my character is an assasin).
The Plot: Balto, just your regular traveler, is in for a surprise. There's a large cult called "The Poison Blades," is gathering new followers; those who refuse die. The leader of this cult is, you guessed it, Steele. In the cult, Steele is the most powerful necromancer ever, but can he beat 5 professionals that are skilled at different things? The 2 heroes and 3 heroines have no clue about eachother until they meet up one by one during the journey; the first chapters will be how the five meet, the first chapter starting off with Balto going on his way to a city and meets up with Jenna then so on and so forth. The next part is character description so enjoy! -^^-.
Balto: One of the six main characters. He is a knight and was one of the few who wasn't born under any significant star. (For you Elder Scrolls fans, you know what I'm talking about.) He is a master with blades, very good at repairing armor and weapons, and is a skilled fighter. Has a crush on Jenna and dislikes Steele. (obviously lol).
Jenna: "The Queen of the Bows," is what raiders and thugs call her. As an ex-raider, Jenna knows all about ambush and long-rainged weaponry. Meets up with Balto on the Blue Road while he was on his to the city Cheydinhal. She doesn't really like Balto at first and wasn't planning on traveling with him, until he told her he was not born under any star, and remembering a dream, she went with him and started to like him.
Kodi: The second to highest mage in the Arcain University. He can cast any spell, besides conjuration, with no difficulty, but his destruction spells, like fireballs and lighting bolts, hurt alot!!! Don't make this dog mad at you for any reason. He doesn't like armor or weapons, just his cloak and magic. Meets up with Balto at the re-built city of Kvatch.
Aleu: All of the beggars believe she is the daughter of the Gray Fox. She can break into a house and steal everything in it, even when you're awake! As an almost professional thief, she's the only one who knows the real secret about the Gray Fox, and many people think SHE may be the Gray Fox. She wears raggedy clothes and rags as a disguise, "Perfect for pickpocketing the rich folk."
Inle: Was at first a prisoner in the Imperial City, why she was locked up is unkown even to her, then the heroine of Kvatch then suddenly she disappeared. After a year she reappeared but with a whole brotherhood at her heels. She became an assasin after saving Kvatch and joined a group of assasins known as "The Dark Brotherhood." She became the highest ranking murderer there, but faked her own death to get out of it. Now the brotherhood sees her fake death as a "betrayal,' and they are sending in assasins to try to kill her for her betrayal. Boy are they stupid! Meets up with Balto at Cheydinhal.
Steele: BAd-guy of the whole story; if you want to know more about him, you'll have to read the fdic! XD lol.
