I do not hate your art,you just take the way I compliment it the wrong way.

I don't believe I ever said I hated your art. If I did, please point it out it me. I think maybe I seemed like I said that when I accused you of "stealing" or "tracing" these one pics. That wouldn't mean I hate your art. I love your new art alot!! And your old art!

But I guess what you mean is, you try and try your hardest to please everyone with your art, and like you said you try your heart out, but barely anyone pays attention to that artwork? Well, I know how you feel...But see, you try way more than me. If I made any sense, and if that's the least bit what you mean, well, maybe you should just draw to make yourself happy, if you think nobody cares. *shrug* Just what I think.

When you're not so angry, could you explain? All I know from your post is you think people hate your art, you don't have much time to draw in the summer, and again, you think nobody appreciates your art. And, since some of us ("some of us" being mostly me) are a little slower than others, could you give some examples of what people say that makes you think they hate your art?

One thing I was saying: Not everyone hates your art. I'm trying to understand, but I guess I never DO understand anything, do I?

SBD, I love your art!! And you're a great person, too!! People that say they don't like your art are just... dumb!! Don't listen to them. Not to be a downer, but there will always be people trying to get you down. You just have to ignore them and move on. Trust me. Would you rather listen to the people who critize your art and don't give a rat's a.. about that or the people that care? Personaly I think your art is wonderful and you should keep it up. And your forest, VERY COOL!! You don't have to change your style at all.

Doby, I see you're mad about something I have no clue about, and it's not my buisiness, yeah. But you have alot of adoring fans that just love your coloring style. I mean it. The people who are posting here aren't just saying these things to make you feel better. They love your characters expressions, and they love your ART.

Your art is fine, stop worrying about what other people think about it and just draw what you love to.

And naaah you're not crazy.I used to feel as well when people critiques me and stuff,but critiques make us do better and compliments makes us feel better(remember your quote;))
And as I said you're keeping imrpooving,(people don't make me stupid because I said only to work arround the style).

Doby, you really need a large confidence boost. A big one. There is no way you are fat, your art does NOT suck, and I have seen you talk about track in one topic so much, it seems like you'd be really good at track! Why do you put yourself down so much? I mean, I'm not trying to make you mad...but...even though I also have a little low confidence myself, I still can't see how you would say that about yourself.

Those drawings are so cute! I really really love the second one!! (I know you don't really like the word "cute", but they really are cute!) And also the one on the snowboard is actually really awsome! I hope you draw like this more, because I'd love to see more of these. No lie!!

And also, don't call yourself fat, then pretty soon other people will think, Oh, she's calling herself fat so let's all call her that too! Atleast, that's what happened to me when I called myself stupid... Really, you're not fat. And hey, I can tell you work your a** off on most of your drawings, and if some people can't appreciate that, forget them. But when people try to kindly critisize your art, like Deni, (I think she was just trying to help, like she said) they mostly just want to help. *shrug* If you run alot, you are good at running. If you run alittle less than alot, you still can be a great runner. I think you should do what you want to do, (hobby-wise, like drawing and stuff, like you've been doing) and not care about the few people that don't appreciate your art.

SBD be greatfull for what you have i'v seen how many comments you get on DA when i'm only getting 1 comment per piece of art. Also look at your favorites then look at mine you have 22 and I have 4. You apparently think that everyone hates your art. Psh try stepping into my shoes.
