Loads of issues were founden here on the other Topic.
And I've founded out to make this visual guide for everyone who wants to try creating a music video.
First of all,you need the program Called Windows Movie maker.Normally on your Hard disk drive can be founden on My Computer-->Local Disc C--->Program Files-->Movie Maker.
Mostly computers can be founden the old version of Movie maker,unless you have the new XP.

Caution!:If you have the Movie Maker the one i's needfull DON'T Download and instal this!It may cause serious issues on your Movie maker!
First off all,Movie maker should look like this:
The Effects can be founden on --->Where's the Collections buton,right,click on it,then go to Video effects.
Should look like this:
For Tranzitions,like Fade,Is where you clicked before (right off the Collections)Go to Video Tranzitions.

Ok Now How to make a music video?
Easy before to start you need to Import your nedfull files to start creating.
First need the video,without it,what shoudl we watch?
Ok my example of Importing Balto into movie maker.
Go to File--->Import into Collections-->Select the movie
Ok then you have to let it Importing if you don't want to wait,just click cancel IF appears 1 Clip(s) created if 0 let it Import till shows 1.
Then You can manually create the clip for example look at this picture :
To separate the clip just click on the scene,then click on the Split button(I selected it with green,you can see it on the picture above)
Ok to create it,needfull The music!
Again File--->Import into Collections and select a mp3 music.and import it.
Let's START Movie making
Ok let's imagine that We'll use a random song,I will add the Ethernal Swells by ATB(absurve the image below)
And select it and drop it there down,just click the Show Timeline then drop it down.
For keepinf your project alive,go to File-->Save Project as(name it)..and later you can go to My Documents,My Videos and open the saved project
Ok Now click again the Show StoryBoard so it can appear normally.
Go to the last small icon on the left(right where's the microphone)and you can manage the sound.If you want to hear ONLY the song,push it to the right maximum... the Audio.View the image.
Ok then save it(the project) File-->Save Project.
Ok now the clips.
Go to your Imported Movie,and select a scene.
I will use the Balto2 for the song(Please DO NOT copy my style or the way i work,this is a tutorial not to show how I make)
Ok I select the scene.And I'll drop it down.

Then I will grab the second one,so i can add the an effect or tranzition.
Ok Go to Video Tranzitions,and pic the fade(if you want to,and put it right between the 2 clips you want them faded.

Ok then you'll do with the video what you want to.For addin effects just simply click on the little transparent star and add it.(Fade out to white,black..fade in to black,white)Forr doing that on the first clip add the fade out to white/black...and the next one fade in from black/white,if you want to use that effect.
For credits,on the LEFT side you can find Make Titles or Credits.And you can make it ON the clip and write what you want to,and select the edit font and colours and You'll change it after your taste.
You'll do that in your own way.
How to make a music video into Widescreen or fullscreen?
Just go to Tools-->Options-->Video Properties Aspect Ratio.For Full screen is 4:3 and for Widescreen is 16:9.
