Well, since I wasn't getting many e-mails requesting the permission slip, I decided that making a topic about it could help out a little. Ok, so if you want a permission slip to attend the Balto Source meeting in Chicago (which may not happen in a few years), you may request one here instead of sending me a PM. Simply follow these guidlines to request one correctly:

-Post your email address and other means of contact. (no phone numbers)
-State why you would like to attend the trip.

Please remember that you must post your email address in order to receive a permission slip. When it is sent to you, it will be sent in an MS Word file.

BREAKING!!!- The date for the event has finally been chosen. For now, the date is August 27th, 2007.

To find out more about this trip, you may look here. After receiving your permission slip, you may go here to request your nametag(s).

Updates

IMPORTANT!- 6/18/06- Although it may not be mentioned on the permission slip, please be sure to tell your parents that anyone under 18 must have a parent with them at all times during this trip. This is to ensure the safety of everyone. Also, the date for the event has been chosen. It will, for now, take place on August 27th, 2007. We will let you know if we change it at all. Time has not been decided yet.

6/17/06- To make things easier for everyone, I've added a link to the nametags topic above. After requesting and receiving your permission slip, you can then go to that topic and request a nametag (or however many nametags you need. Remember that if an adult is coming with you, then they will also need a nametag).

6/16/06- Poll added. Slip sent to only two members.

Slips Sent To:
KodiWolf
Maya_huskee
Writewolf (requested via PM)
BlackwolfWSP
JennaWolf (sent via PM)
baltofriend
Dusty Fanatic
Dingowolf

Slips Received From:

Current Volunteers
Lakoswolf: Organizer supporter; temporary permission slip handler.
HydraPhalanx: Financial support.
Maya_huskee: Reservation and location support.
white wolf: Location support.

*Note: If you would like to help out with the trip, send a PM to Whitewolf(uk) or another organizer.*

Errg...! I'm not sure if I can go...But I'd like to look at the Permission slip. I'm just not sure yet, here's my email address... [email protected]. I just want to be sure. But just to warn you I might not go...And if you can't send me the Permission slip because of this, it's alright. I need to know what to explain to my mom, that's all. I'm just assuming there's information about the meet on the Permission slip.

BlackwolfWSP -> Just sent it to you. Don't worry about if you can come or not. ^^ You can still have a look at the permission slip.

Tibb -> To makes things easier, I'm just going to add the link to your nametags topic in my first post. Is that ok with you?
