Yeah yeah yeah we all know that the PSP is all that and a bag of chips...but I am totaly tired of how people are saying that it's just SOOOOO much better than the DS, and how it will crush the DS into powder. Not so...in fact I have proof! I myself think that the DS and PSP are equal, not to say that they are even.(which would mean that they are equal in each area) There are some things the DS does better and there are some things the PSP does better, but overall they are the same in my eyes. Anywho back to the topic of showing all the bias PSP lovers that not everyone thinks the way they do and that the DS actually does have merit. So here ya go!

http://gamesindustry.biz/content_page.php?aid=17466

I'm going to say right now that I don't want any flame wars or bias opinions, give REASONS for your statements, not just you think one rocks and the other is stupid. And no rudeness towards people who think differently than you, no flaming patrons please!

PSP games selection was iffy.

DS had alot of Prime titles.

Innovation with the Stylus

PSP had the awkward nub.

PSP was easily break able

DS is sturdy

The DS was'nt Port Dominent

Alot of the PSP games were ports or half made sequels to PS2 or PS1 games.

Er...I'm not sure, correct me if I'm wrong but, this sounds really REALLY biased...I'll let it slide but please give explanations for your statements or give proof if your going to flame the other system...like I said not to :? ...

If you do however want to post a biased opinion, please only give praises to the system you like and don't dis the system that you don't...and if you feel that you absolutely have to diss the opposing system, then make sure that you prove your statements. Give reasons for why the PSP is easily breakable...cause if you don't tell the truth, then I count it as bias and therefore I ignore it. Sorry harsh I know but that's just the way it is. And that's the way it has to be for there to be peace and no flame wars.

I'm not trying to be mean or anything I just want order...Thank you for your opinion Jack...sorry if I offended you or anything.

I have had friends who have dropped theirs..crack. Dropped my DS..just a nick on the body of it. No screen damage.

The Analog nub is awkward. I again have played both. And the way the place it it feels like i have to break my thuimb to use it.

It is true that for a while the PSP was port dominent. DS had like 2 or three..not much. I would get the figuresd but im lazy and playing Oblivion on my 360. But trust me. I have based my opinion on actual usage and occurances.

That's all well and good but can you get a review on a website or something that says stuff like that? Cause their are going to be skepticists, i.e. they're not going to believe you...I believe you though...for the most part. I kinda think my PSP is rather study, course I'm always real gentle with it. But I do agree with you that the DS is much more sturdy. I'm going to be getting a DS Lite soon. (as in tomorrow yay!) and then I see if it feels as sturdy as it's predicessor. I think it will be though. Nintendo has always been sturdy, one of the reasons it will not die.

I would have reserved my DSL ahead of time, but as it stands i live in a town where you can count the gamers on one hand...so I'm golden. Just got to get to Freddy's at seven in the a.m.
