It should be coming out for the PS3 soon after the system is relesed, this game alone people will go crazy for.

Once and for all : THERE IS NO FF7 REMAKE PLANNED. They confirmed that.
Although there are spinoffs, and several FF13 planned.

Oh ok thx steet! There are FF7 games that don't follow the main story line I know that from Advend Children they follow Viencent as a 3rd person shooter

There is an FF7 remake planned and 13 there is not because ff12 won't be out till this september.

If they were spin offs they would be called Final Fantasy without any numbers it would be like Final Fantasy Tacktics or the others that have no numbers.

This was ONLY a technical demo to show the possibilities of the PS3, not a game in any case. The makers said in an interview later that they don't plan a real remake because it would take too much time and people to do it with such graphics. (he said 5 years with a team of 200 people I think)

Sorry to disappoint you, as much as I would like such a remake it will only stay a dream for long.

They have to make a demo of the game first and if they weren't going to make a remake of ff7 then there would be no point in the demo and another thing if they didn't it would be stupid, ff7 is there best ff game and still is, so if they were to relese it then talk about mad sales.

Thats crazy, they didn't even relese 12 yet and now they are previewing a 13th thats awsome.

Thanks for showing that FF13 preview, it was awsome and it gives all of the FF fans something to look forward too.

Hate to kill your happy, it was all rumors that it was comming out, that was just used to show off the "graphic capabilities" of the PS3.....nothing more. (Meaning FF7)

Who give a flaying F when 13 looks way better.

dunno why..but no FF game has held my attention for more than 20 hours.

Everyone is diffrent and some love the FF games so much some hate it, like some hate other things and some love it.
