Honestly I think that Balto and Jenna are the better couple. They are so adorable together!!!

That is true. Jenna herself said, "Steele doesn't notice anyone unless they're wearing a mirror.
Also, it seemed that Jenna and Balto were, I guess, made for each other when they first met in person, and during that time with the northern lights display Balto made under that building near the boiler room. It all made sense from there.
