Who else here does this...When I hear someones screen name here I immediatly think of their avatar and it's almost like that is what they look like in real life, please tell me I'm not the only one that does this coz I'm convinced I'm going insane!!!

No, you're not, I do it too. It's because that's the pic we see most often that they have. For example, if I were to put a pic of what I really look like as my avatar (I'm not, but still) Then that's what you would think of when you thought of me. It's just the avatar is the pic you see from them most often, so when your brain tries to picture them, their avatar comes to your mind ^.^

I agree with Aniu_blade. Since it's the avatar that you see, that's what comes to mind. And don't worry, your not going crazy!!

I do the same thing. Truth is, I have blonde hair, blueberry colored eyes, and pale skin. My science teacher said I'm the whitest white person he's ever seen, but I'm not THAT white!

Of course you weren't going mad!

JazzyWolf · **Posted:** Mon Jul 31, 2006 9:14 pm

Yeah, I do that too. It's the point of having an avatar, some image that is meant to represent you. So of course when you think of someone you'll see them as their avatar.
