Hey there I'm new. I just joined yesterday Buckles is my wolf character, which explains my user name. Here's somethings about her.
Buckles History:
I came up with the name Buckles after being inspired by on of Pample's fan art drawings. Buckles in a 10 month old Timberwolf her fur is a mix of black, light gray and white. If anyone would care to try drawing her for me please send me a link to your fan art gallery so I can choose the art style for her picture.
Q: What year did you create this character?
A: Around the of 2005 or early 2006, I lost track.
Things about Buckles:
Buckles is Checkers' sister she also has a brother. Buckles is kind, smart and a sled dog even though she's purewolf.
Where she lives:
Buckles lives in California in a situtation similar to the animals in the popular comic strip over the hedge. She lives with and around humans in a woodland area close to San Francisco.
Buckles' interests : Roaming the forest and California, playing with her siblings, watching tv,(Some dogs do) long walks on the beach, reading about world travel(yeah she can read) hanging out with friends... basically anything that catches Buckles' interest is sometimes added to her list including joining her human's road trips out of california.
In love with who?
No one right now, Buckles doesn't seem to show interest in any male wolves or dogs since she's still somewhat young. Although Vicotr a silver and white husky seems to have a sort of crush on Buckles.
List of likes:
Chasing butterflies, birds and cats(if she doesn't get caught)
family and friends
watching Oprah(I know its kinda weird but, hey who isn't a fan of oprah?)
running and playing
List of dislikes
Going to the vet
Going to the groomers
being left at a boarding kennel if need be
DJ(he's a German shepard and labrador but he always teases Buckles and her friends)
basically if Buckles doesn't show interest in things that would normally make her run away they end up here on her list.
Buckles' job(s)
Sled dog
Female wild life model
Animal actress

weight: she weighs about 40lbs. she may reach 48 when fully grown she and her pack of 5(with a sixth member on the way!) isn't very larger in size.
personally: Kind, funny, smart, bright, optimistic, easy going, tough(only if she needs to) and somewhat friendly
