I think that in the course of forum events, it becomes clear that there are a lot of people whining about all sorts of stuff, like how their ear hurts, or how they don’t like something they saw online or how their life is not perfect. Some of these are serious, some are not, but nonetheless there are a lot of them. I propose that a new section is made in the forum, called “The Whiny Section”, or some other variant, where people can complain about all their woes. That way the mods will be able to find and lock the pointless ones faster, and the whiny topics will stop clogging up the rest of the forums.

Would make a good "Complaining" forum... discussing about 'how much people's lives suck so much that they post such pointless threads'

>> Anti-Depressants (Yay Pills!)
>> Keep your mouth closed

I'm curious to know how a Complaining Section will impact the overall look of the BaltoSource Forums...

You're right Suka. I mean, the entire forum looks so serious and well put together, and then we have a complaining forum? In my opinion, it would throw off the overall mood of the forum. Unless, of course, you mean the placement of it. xD

Heh, this is meant to be a Balto forum not a life discussion place where you whine and moan because you hurt your arm or something. All the OT's are just spam and making a section for it will just incourage more and more spam and the real meaning of the forum will be lost.

I know how to call that sort of Section if comes.

Like in =GK= Forum there is SPAM Section.

Ppl can Spam there stuff...

Sincerely, I don't know. It seems a good idea, but as other people said, the forum is not made for complaining about something. But maybe, we could expand this to a "spam" section as Pirkka said.

But wouldn't the Other section count as a spam section? I mean, it's a section for anything that doesn't fit in the other sections, so couldn't it be counted as a spam section?

EDIT: Oh, I think I know what you mean now. The Other section is for topics that don't fit in the other sections, but aren't pointless. So you're saing that if we do make a Spam section, it would be for pointless topics?

I'm just saying but would'nt that be pointless in itself, I mean this is BALTO source and I can understand the TLK section and the fan section and the section for books, music , other movies but a spam section would just encourage more people to spam which we don't really need!

Spam section is just for spamming and there usual ppl spams as much as they want to. In =GK= is one like I early said and there is a lot spamming. Ive read some in there and found out useless topics and very nasty ones of course (There is no cencore or other things) Cool Spam place for sure


EDIT: Spam place is totally for useless postes like this straight copy like from GK:

"Hey we went with my friend into Bar nearby London and we found it out as cool"- Useless post and Topic.

Well when this kind of thing comes out, I can say that this Forum might turn into laggy one like GK is (well there is more Sections than in this place) also it takes space a lot. Using Spamming well like one above said.

Useless. Idiotic and more useless waist of space...as well we can count Spam places gives more troubles. I'm suggesting that NO to Spam Section...not to agree with anyone I say that it has good sides and evil ones...

I dunno what can phpBB can do..but I know cause InvisionFree power board knows to create Subscetion for the section..example..Others section then has..2 other section..spam,general..and then click one of them then comes the topics.
But I dunno what to say about the Spam thing...

PHPBB can't do "sections in sections", unless you add a mod.
From people opinions, I guess I won't add a spam section then.

Oky I think cause I'll mess up a little this topic,but I would like to suggest..if No "Spam" section will be created why not Good bye or something like?Since are plenty of bye bye topics on Others section!
