Why are so many people starting to make those mini movies?  I hope you know that making a WHOLE movie takes a lot of work and should have well put effort...Do you even know the story line yet?  I'm just saying this because movies take a long time to make, and you can't really just say that you're going to make a movie...Well, I hope you do well, anyways...if you're really going to do this...And also it'd be better if you could provide some more information about it...

Thanks for finally pointing that out!! Im not saying that it's bad to make your own movies, and that everybody's starting to get into them. But some people just think that making something like this is a something that you just dreamed up a few seconds ago...Ever since the B4 project... V_V

It doesn't really matter if its a good idea or not.
Bad films get made ALL the time.
It matters if you have a realstic sense of what your doing. I.E meaning know how far you can go with it without going out of your range of what you are capable of.
Do you have the crew, sound editors, script made up, editing programs, animation programs, editors, colouring artist, conceptual artists, director, producer.
