i'm thinking about making new balto project i need ideas on: charaters(from the films) in project and the medium (water colour/oil paints pencils chalk) and what they are doing, whats in the background. ITS A FAN PROJECT BY THE FANS FOR THE FANS.

ohh i can understand what he wrote,wow this is amazing! ...ok well i do lots of drawing i like pastels they work really well for backrounds i also like prisma color pencils those are also good for coloring with that way if u make a mistake u can cover it up with the pencil.

But i reccomend u get a blender if u use prismas,but the simplest thing to do when u start out an idea u should usually just draw some scenes from the movie first,like still framed drawing that are colored in to look professional....that type of stuff.

its a going to be a a balto picture, i just want to know what the fans want to see. it can be any thing (to do with balto) and any sort of paint pastal or pencil

Do you need voices?

its not an animation, it just a pictures

if it is just pictures i reccomend useing pastels for the background and color pencils for the characters,pastels are to messy for coloring characters.
