ok so there has been a large debate over if ghosts are real,right?well...i used to not believe in them u see my house ever since three years ago has been haunted by something.You see one day when my parents were away,only me and my brother and my neighbor were home that day.So my brother decided to go outside and play basket ball cause he was bored.

Then he went outside and left us two alone in the house,all of the lights were off and no tv was on or anything so we went downstairs to play with toys[we were only in 2nd grade ]so we closed the door and went down stairs and we started to play,not to long after my neighbor began to say...hey!what is that over there?!?!

I turned around but i saw nothing and i was like what?!what is it?! when he said I just saw a black tail!i laughed and thought he was kidding yet something told me to keep checking so then for the past five minutes i kept turning around to look.

Then I saw it a black tail like a panthers slowly moved behind the weight bench in the basement i looked at my neighbor then we both stood up and dropped our toys then a loud organ began to sound from upstairs out of nowhere,the music grew louder and louder and louder.

It was loud and demonic music,meanwhile we didnt know what to do we both looked at each other and said do u here what i hear!?!?then we screamed,my friend ran up to the basement door and tried to open it but couldnt i think it was locked,but luckily we have a sliding glass door in our basement so we both ran out screaming....

Also my sister had an inncident witch i never knew about...it was several years ago,my sister told me she had a dream one night about a little man coming to her and talking with her and he would sit on the window cille.Now my sister has a window in her room wich is broken,my sister explained to me the next day she woke up,and was talking to her friend on the phone,then she stepped on a peice of glass and she looked up and her window was broken....

Now i dont know about u but that is very fishey to me and unusuall,i have also experienced weird dreams because of the thing in our house so i believe my sister.like there will be times where im laying in bed and i feel there is a presence then once i fall asleep i have a nightmare..this thing likes to haunt dreams...but i dont know what it is..?Is it a dream eater..or what?

Now there are still strange inccidents going on especially in my room when im alone i can at times hear a voice calling my name in a whisper or see its shadow on the wall watching me intently...

Like one night where i was sitting up in bed and staring at a certian wall here i usually see the shadow i saw this figure looking at me but when it saw i noticed it,it ducked down[ ]now people....i dont know what this thing is but i need help,and yes i am a Christian so i do not need people telling me to do a seance or anything i just want some clear hard evidence on what this may be.

Can anyone help me?please....?

I'm sorry that I cannot help you...I have no advice either...I just don't believe in ghosts, it's way against my religion...We believe in something else, that is way different from ghosts.

And you know, those stories remind me of this movie or show...-_- Not saying you're lying, though...

Nothing like this has ever happened to me before, so I wouldn't have any advice for you. Just try to ignore it as best as you can, though.

I've had things like that happen to me.

The scariest one, was going down an old, two lane highway to my buddy's. It was during winter, so it got dark early and it was about 1745 hours. Very foggy...high beam eating foggy. So I had my Hellas on (the lights on the front of my truck) and was going alittle faster then I should've, suddenly, a young girl, in the range of 4-7 years old jumped off the guardrail and she vanished under the hood line of the truck. I slammed the brakes and started thinking "oh crap..I just hit someone!" I managed to get the truck stopped, got out and ran over to where I hit her. She then just...dissolved into the fog...

Everyone's vulnerable to these things -- especially when you're in the 2nd grade, you may have just experienced halucinations. Learn the difference between sheer coincidence, and just plain luck. Crap happens -- don't always blame it on the supernatural.

I'm just saying what happened...I dunno what it was...then again, I was doing alot of drinking that night, so I probably shouldn't have been driving anywho...

I believe that those are mostly just hallucinations caused by a fear, caused by a dumb T.V. show or movie. Yeah, after watching those funked up freaky movies, and when I stay home alone, I'm afraid that some creature or criminal is hiding in my house...That's never true. The only time I'd see something would be if I'd turn everything off...The lights, computer, T.V....Which I never do...What helps me is to keep the T.V. on, eat yogurt, sit on the couch, and not make one move untill I hear a car pull up and know that it's my mom or dad, or brothers or sister. It seems that all these things happen when we're alone or only with one other person...In a dark place...Maybe these are just thoughts in our heads created from those dam movies. Maybe, those creatures we see, or "ghosts", are really our own scary thoughts? We could probally have control over the 'ghosts' we see. It's all in the head...Try to remember that and repeat it...I mean, if we try to forget the scary creatures we think we see, we could probally never see them again.

But drinking and stuff like that probally causes bad hallucinations. Though it's possible we just see these things because we're so worried about them, we think we see them appear. Or think we hear sounds...I bet if people weren't so worried about these ghosts and creatures, people wouldn't see them....Just my opinion...

awww now blackwolf,i dont have a habit of watching crap or scary movies this thing has lived in my house for a long time,i believe what i see is real,my dad has also said he has heard the front door slam and no one be there.So...i think what im seeing is real not a hallusination,not to mention last night i was takeing a shower and i felt the feeling i usually do when the thing is around and not but a second later the shower door opened by itself[and no my butt didnt hit the door ]

About the door thing, how old is your house? Even if you don't know the exact age, can you tell me about how old if you know? Because in some older houses, the boards for the floor are weak and they tend to warp out of shape after years. When someone merely passes by a door because they are warped it can cause the door to open, and even sometimes when no one passes next to the door they tend to open on their own, just because the floor boards aren't level anymore.

It is possible that the house shifted enough that it threw the door, or has a draft. I know with my house at the beach, if you had the back door open and the door to access the stairs to the enterence of the house, the door would slam shut.

Old houses shift with weight. Our house was built around 1965, but it shifts like crazy in the cold season...
