This is freakn' halarious. All those Sony diehards are talkn' smack about the name change for the Revolution even some of the Nintendo fanboys are afraid to utter the new name of Nintendo's next-gen console, afraid that just saying the word will strip them of their masculinity. Heh, well all those Sony fans are about to eat their words. This footage our friends a Kotaku snaged from the opening day of E3 proves that the Wii little Nintendo system isn't as down and out as many Sony fans would like to think....check it out. I still think Sony has the better games. Nin. May have the cool tec. stuff and that's fine, they are trying to go in another direction. I like that the Wii may be pretty good, then it's going to make Sony work even harder now that 2 systems are out to be on top. From what I've seen from PS3, the PS3 will be on top, but I havent seen enough from the Wii to say anything in terms of put-downs or really anything good to add about it. I'm going to wait and see.

acctuly Names really do have to do with how well something can sell. "HITS" snacked were pulled off the shelf because when they were lined up the spelled cuss words. I like the Revolution over the Wii though.

In my opinion, PS3 is better than Wii. It has better games, like MGS4, RE5, DMC4 etc. The stampede cannot prove how the two consoles are going to perform in sales and stuff.

Revolution beats wii anyday, I'm sure we all agree.

This doesn't surprise me at all. The Wii has been called the Revolution for a much longer time so everybody is use to saying "The Revolution."

I still prefer Wii over Revolution, though.

I find Wii to be much more fun to say than "Revolution." Not only that, the name is short and easy to remember. (that's what Nintendo was looking for when they were making the new name)

I just cal the PS3 the PSwii because they just stole from nintendo. I also think WII is just overall better..i havent relle enjoyed sony;'s last few systems...I still have my ps2 but just for Guitar Hero DDR and okami.

Before youz guys make your final decisions ponder this thought....

the price doesn't scare me. I don't mind waiting for the price to drop, then get it modded.

Dont only put the highest amount for the PS3! It's a base of $499.99 for one with a 20G hard drive. The $599.99 one has a 60G hard drive.
