I thought so at first, but then I found that people in Philidelphia (spelled wrong) talk almost the same way, and then I have heard some various other accents from around America that sound the same

Maybe he's like a mixture, but I doub't it. Australian, I think, would be a little more obvious. Belgian makes sense though, but I have a feeling that he has his accent from the states, such as AC and Blacky thought. I dunno, maybe he has a unique accent?

Somewhere from the Sates I guess. New York, Boston, some bigger and speakingly outlined city. Belgium could be... But their not really that far from each other in origins most likely.

It's Boston. My uncle has the same accent. Plus, from the anime 'Yugioh' Joey Wheeler has the accent as well. It's a Boston accent.

It sounds like a New Jersey accent. the voice actor is Jack Angel, whom I have seen him do a lot of different accents (he played voice work for some of the villians in the 1997 FPS PC game Outlaws, which was made by LucasArts. A game with horrible graphics but wonderful animated cutscenes).

Heh, look up Jack Angel at IMDB, it looks like he only plays an important part is Balto, all his other voices are "aditional voices" to th movie, lol

How rude! I'm from jersey and don't have no gay accent like that.

Iunno, i've heard someone with an accent like that. Actually a few people. Maybe it's a new york accent, since that's where i've heard it from xD or niki's high throughout the whole movie and can't help it.

Wow, i really don't think when i write at all ._. ioaserhnvuioagg
