I don't know, I'm not even sure that they are really on the dvd. (I don't have the US region 1 DVD). But on the region 2 DVD, there is a documentary, with at the end a sort of making of because they interview some people who worked on the film (I don't remember their names, but there must be Simon Wells)

Yeah, all that was on the Australian version in a DVD pack that had both Balto and WQ, and it had the documentary not really showing the making of it, but telling more about the true story and how they came across making the movie.

Stupid Region 1 dvds for Balto are awful. They don't have widescreen and none of the special features work.
I ordered one from Brazil that has special features and is widescreen. :D Hopefully I'll recieve it soonish. :P

In France, the price was lowered from 20€ to 10€ for a special collection, however I still find it for 20€ (=26$...)
DVDs are not cheap at all here. If you take the example of Balto 3, it was released 20€ here and 15$ in the US, which means the european price is 45% more expensive than the us one.

Balto 3 DVD was £11.97 in the Supermarket I got it in England. Which is the normal sort of price for videos. DVDs in England are usually ranging £12.99-£24.99 depending what they are, but is expensive! I had to get Spirit for £19.99- painful! Not sure what these prices are in Euros or Dollars.
